Guidance for NEW Pattern of Health & Freedom Initiating.
   

"Creating a new society means because you are physical, anything you visualize becomes physical with you. That’s the rule. Everything’s created through the physical and metaphysical.  So understand that what you’re doing in this new time is anchoring the connections of the new society into this society. So it’s less important for you to change this society than it is for you to visualize the new society. Do you understand what we’re saying? Take your energy and place it where you want it. Live your destiny and know that it’s being given to your planet through your being and your essence, your body, your cells, your osmosis.

When you ground, put your feet flat on the floor, shoulder width apart, and anchor the light of the divinity of the etheric oneness of all time, which is where you are living your life, through your cells into the core of order in the Earth. You have roots coming out of the bottom of your feet.  Grounding is imperative. What’s going to happen if you don’t ground, is you’ll become a bundle of nervous energy because you are running so much current. You can see, and you know it’s alive, but if you don’t ground it, your life won’t change. Please understand that. You’ve got to trust your body with your spirit."

Guidance for FINAL Piece/Step to Release/Complete the Self-Love Work.
   

"Right now, you are establishing integrity. And it may take ten times longer the first time to establish that integrity. So what? Because if you don’t establish the integrity, it won’t hold together. You are building bridges between the old and the new, which means you want to preserve the things that function well from the old paradigm, and use the new paradigm to accelerate the momentum. So the energy, the funding, the capacity, are all there before you even begin it. You know that, so you are not worried about those things. What you’re logically setting down are your points of foundation. They may be people, process, proposals, connections, junctions, linkages, or bridges. Whatever they are, they have to be covered before you’ll feel comfortable.

So anything that you begin, if you feel uncomfortable about it, say, “Wait a minute, we need another foundation point here. What is it?” First you open to get your holographic picture, and then you start plotting. Plot it circularly, that’s fine. And when you’re finished plotting it, say, “All right, does it feel complete?” And it may not feel complete. The part of you that is going to let you know it’s complete or not, believe it or not, is the logical part. You’re learning to see it holographically and open out to it, so that the whole picture is always present. Then the logic can do the details. But you’re always in the creative mode, and that is a marriage."

"The foundation of your changing tracks is making the conscious decision that you are now ready to look at the fear as if it’s a message rather than a killer. It’s not going to hurt you, because it brings you something. Have a showdown with it. But YOU, personally, don’t have a showdown with it, because it’s not up to you. It’s not about your personality having a showdown with fear, because that would be a set-up. The fear is stronger by your own admission, so the fear is going to have soul as its adversary, because the soul is strong enough, the soul is immortal, it can’t be killed. So you’re starting out with a hero or heroine that you know can win, and you’re starting out with fear which is going to be the guy that gets put six feet under. This is the objective. You have strength to deal with this, and it’s really going to work, so it’s not some kind of set-up. Until the soul states its position, the fear has to acquiesce because the soul is the place where the deepest point of Free Will is expressed in the Universe and in this context, we’re talking about here on Earth. You speak to the fear, because it’s really a messenger of the soul to get the soul to come out and acknowledge and start living what’s in there. It’s basically a done deal.

Your deepest fears are unexpressed energies that have not yet found form and direction. So if you bring the fear out and look at it and see what’s there, you realize what part of your soul hasn’t come forth and been born. The fear stops it from being born. So the soul has every right to rear up and say, “I want to be born.” And because of the free will process, the mind has to give permission for the soul to exercise that. It’s getting harder for the mind not to give permission as the critical mass is unfolding and the acceleration curve is evolving. There’s more energy of awareness than ever before. Souls are really learning to express, and yet it’s still a part of the dynamic that is supported by society that it’s natural to have fear."

They don’t say, “I am not enough trust,:” or “The trust is not enough in me.” They say, “I don’t have trust,” or “I don’t trust you,” or “I don’t trust that.” They never experience that it already belongs to them, because they think about defining trust as something external.

You already have the trust inside of you. It’s built on that safety, and when you’re in the soul you always have those three components at the same time - the soul structure, the safety, and the trust. So as that balances in you, it is amplified so that people come to you and begin to have a state of trust with themselves. And that’s valuable. If you can impart even that one little iota of consciousness to somebody so they have trust within themselves, their lives will change, because after that they can walk around, and they have PRESENCE." In Skunk medicine, it is good to learn how to handle energy flows. Modern psychologists call this body language. In tribal teachings, this is your personal medicine which you are showing to others. Use your medicine well, and know that you are known by your reputation. How you use your energy will attract either honor or disgrace. You may want to examine what energy you are putting out that creates your present situation. If you have chosen this symbol, you are being asked to notice the kinds of people who are attracted to you. If they emulate favorable characteristics, have enough self-esteem to recognize those characteristics within your Self. Walk tall and be proud of the accomplishments you have made. Bear in mind that what you believe about your Self is your ultimate protection. Project self-respect!

If you have chosen Raven, magic is in the air. Do not try to figure it out; you cannot. It is the power of the unknown at work, and something special is about to happen. Swan told Dragonfly many of the wonders beyond the illusion. Through her healing and her acceptance of the state of grace, she was given the right to enter the Dreamtime. So it is that we learn to surrender to the grace of the rhythm of the Universe, and slip from our physical bodies into the Dreamtime. Swan medicine teaches us to be at one with all planes of consciousness, and to trust in Great Spirit’s protection. If you pulled Swan, it ushers in a time of altered states of awareness and of development of your intuitive abilities. Swan medicine people have the ability to see the future, to surrender to the power of Great Spirit, and to accept the healing and transformation of their lives. The Swan card is telling you to accept your ability to know what lies ahead. If you are resisting your self-transformation, relax; it will be easier if you go WITH the flow. Stop denying that you know who is calling when the phone rings. Pay attention to your hunches and your gut knowledge, and honor your female intuitive side.

*DOG* ~ 14 ~ Loyalty
If Dog has been yelled at or paddled, it still returns love to the person who was the source of its bad treatment. This does not come from stupidity, but rather from a deep and compassionate understanding of human shortcomings. It is as if a tolerant spirit dwells in the heart of every canine that asks only to be of service.  You can also see Dogs that have had the loyalty beaten out of them. They cower and cry at the slightest look of disapproval, but this is not their normal nature. Some varieties of Dogs have even been trained against their natures to be brutal and vicious. Out of a sense of service, these breeds have adopted the attack-oriented desires of their owners. They carry an altered genetic memory of what service means if they are to be approved of by their masters. Dog medicine asks you to look at how readily your sense of loyalty is countermanded by your need for approval. If you have pulled the Dog card, there are several questions you need to consider, depending on the situation about which you are asking.

  
1) Have I recently forgotten that I owe my allegiance to my personal truth in life?
2) Is it possible that gossip or the opinions of others have jaded my loyalty to a certain friend or group?
3) Have I denied or ignored someone who is trying to be my loyal friend?
4) Have I been loyal and true to my goals?

Rituals to Ground Your Intent:           

  
A Spiritual Bath ~ to Cleanse Negative Energy from You & Your Aura - Add ingredients below to a bath, as hot as you can stand it, and soak for as long as you can, making sure your entire body gets submerged in the water. Meditate on cleansing all dead energy, stagnant energy and negative energy off your body, out of your mind and heart and away from your Sacred Space. Release it to be recycled in to useful energy.
   
Add to bath water:
1 cup / white distilled vinegar
1 cup / coarse sea salt
1 cup / baking soda
  
Optional: aromatic essential oils (lavender, mint, lemongrass etc) / candles / incense / music-nature sounds ~ anything to further relax and release you from anything weighing you down.

   
The Burning Bowl ~ to Lovingly Release All Lack, Limitations & Blockages - write down everything you want OUT of your life, rip it up, burn it, and take the ashes to living water, thereby giving it to God to transform into useful energy. Allow the clearing, grieve and let go. You are clearing out any blockages to your current goals and creating a space for the new energy to come in.
