Re-Calibrating Who You Are CAPRICORN: Achievement Requires Responsibility NOW ~ The Current Eclipse Cycle Initiating
Reference Point: Anything within 3 degrees is considered an "EXACT HIT" (and very often it is within 10 degrees that you feel it strongly). Eclipses have a 2-3 year cycle of "anchoring the energies for 8-10 and 18-20 year cycles. In this case, 2009 - 2011 is re-activating the same energies and shifts that were activated 2000 - 2002 and 1990 - 1992. The following are the dates for your reference. Please note it does not necessarily activate the SAME events, just SIMILAR energy and decisions may be on the table at this time. No matter how you cut it, Eclipses signify CHANGE, so being as conscious as possible and having a frame of reference should help you make better choices NOW with all the education and tools you've acquired over the last two cycles. APPLY IT! *The Cancer/Capricorn Eclipses this year are initiating a major 2 year period that will be in conjunction with Pluto's first years in Capricorn as well as the North Node, which will move from Aquarius in to Capricorn at the end of Summer 2009. These will re-activate the Cancer North Node of 2000 and Capricorn North Node of 1990.

All Eclipses are considered "course correctors" ~ whether you're a little (or a lot) off 'course' ~ and they are "intensified" solar and lunar energies pouring around and through you (no matter your level of consciousness). Things will be particularly intenseduring the month before, the month of and the month after each Eclipse.
Wherever you are in your development, the Winter & Summer Seasons of 2009-2011 will be extremely revealing and (hopefully) creative and fun too! There will likely be some aspects of the process that are uncomfortable but that's the way growth and expansion goes. There are certain things you would not undertake (even the most necessary of changes) voluntarily, so these radical shifts, activated by the eclipse energy, are how the Universe contributes to your process. The ultimate blessing is to actually BE CONSCIOUS THROUGH IT!! To recognize where you are, the changes that are happening (whether you like it or not) and decide how you can contribute to this evolution ... how you can co-create with this energy.
Also, reflect on recent Cancer/Capricorn Eclipses, what did those Eclipses activate for you? (that you are just beginning to get the "aha" moment about now? Most times the energy is too intense AT the time and it is hard to know exactly WHAT or WHERE the energies are pushing you. Eclipse cycles tend to take about 6-months to clarify the activation, while the entire process of initiation takes 2-3 years to anchor the next 8-10 years, with an extended realm of effects for 18-20 years. What do you want anchored by then where your Home/Sacred Space and Work/Contribution are both concerned?
The Solar Eclipse will be activating your physical body, while the Lunar Eclipse will be activating your emotional body, but together, your spiritual body should go to a completely new level. The lessons this month will center around emotional and material security; home and work; sacred space and sacred work; private and public life; Divine Feminine and Divine Masculine; Archetypal Mother and Father. How can you be more responsible for your feelings (Inner), as well as what you create in the world (Outer) ? How can you connect to a deep sense of belonging (Cancer) and an authentic sense of responsibility for your life and life's work (Capricorn)?

ADD'L PLANETARY ENERGIES AFFECTING THE NEW MOON / SOLAR ECLIPSE This lunation is 1-2 degrees away from the South Node in Leo and opposite North Node of Aquarius which futher illuminates the THRESHOLD we, as a collective, are facing. We have spent the last couple of years anchoring the LEO/AQUARIUS dynamic and now we are shifting in to the CANCER/CAPRICORN axis of energy. North Node is the here, now and future ... whereas the South Node generally speaks to our past, near and distant. In this case, Sun/Moon at 29 degrees Cancer is right next to zero degrees Leo, indicating we are truly releasing EGO and separation with this new beginning.
